With decades of practical experience in the management of people, programs and projects, Jim understands what it takes to find solutions and get things done for the benefit of the county and it's citizens.

Jim Ruff is dedicated to protect our tax dollars with our collective priorities and responsibilities guiding the way. Jim and his wife pay property taxes too, and want every dollar that has to be spent, to be spent responsibly and wisely, all the while planning for a secure future.
